🕒 Return & Refund Policy


You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once the order is placed.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed, and

A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to post.

Contact your bank — processing delays are common.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

📬 Return Shipping

Send returns to the same address above.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

🕰 Extended Refund Request Period

You may also submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period (30 days) has expired by contacting us via the Contact Us page.
