Order Cancellation Policy

At Fantastic Jersey™, we understand that sometimes plans change.
That’s why we offer a 12-hour cancellation window after your order has been placed.

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund it until the return process has been completed.

🚫 After the 12-Hour Window

After the initial 12-hour period, your order will have entered the processing or shipping phase and can no longer be canceled.
If you still wish to cancel at that stage, you may need to wait for the item to arrive and then initiate a return request following our Refunds & Returns Policy.

📦 Pre-Order or Custom Orders

Pre-order and customized items (including printed or player-version jerseys) are final sale.
Once production or customization begins, cancellations and changes are not possible.

💳 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Your full name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A clear request for cancellation or modification

🕰 Processing Time

Our team reviews all cancellation requests within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
If your order has not yet shipped, you’ll receive confirmation of cancellation and refund details via email.
